Integra Myst is a 2023 built luxury multifamily property located within close proximity to an Amazon distribution facility and regional hospital. Property amenities include a resort style swimming pool, dog park and fitness center, spa, spin, yoga and fitness on demand rooms, summer kitchen, and package lockers. Integra Myst’s second phase is expected to commence construction in 2024. Highpoint’s original investment was in December 2021.
