Integra 289 Exchange is a luxury multifamily community built in 2020, that is part of the Debary Town Center, a  development that will include single family residences, restaurants and grocery store when fully built out. Property amenities include a state-of-the-art fitness center with separate rooms for cardio, free weights and circuit stations, cross fit training and yoga, entertainment and game room, poker room, internet café, business center, resort style swimming pool, poolside grill, outdoor pavilion, lounge area, secure 24/7 package storage and pet park. Highpoint handled all aspects of property management and lease-up. Highpoint’s original investment was in 2018. The property was sold in September 2021.
