Hamilton at Turman Farms

Hamilton at Turman Farms was built in 2007 and located in one of the fastest growing counties in the U.S. Shortly after acquisition, Highpoint took over management and focused on new marketing, operating expense reduction, and revenue growth. A repositiong program was put into effect and included an addition to the clubhouse, enhanced amenities, renovated units, and a new RUBS program for water and sewer. Highpoint’s original investment was in 2011. The property was sold in September 2014. Highpoint stayed on as property management for additional two-years beyond sale.
